I was in the back of the house, snoozing on the big bed, and I thought I was dreaming about the Woman letting me lick her little container of caramel that she dips her apple pieces into, but after a minute or so I realized I was almost awake, and I was smelling the caramel.
So yeah, I got up and hauled my asterisk down the hallway, because, CARAMEL.
But doods. Doods. You know what she did?
She had already licked that sucker clean! She didn't save me a single lick! And to make it worse, when she saw me she said, "You snooze, you lose, Big Guy."
WELL YEAH I WAS SNOOZING! WAKE ME THE HECK UP!
That was just so rude.
And now I really want some warm, gooey caramel...

You like that stuff, Max? Ew. Now, if my human was dipping diced chicken into freshly whipped, unsweetened cream, THAT would be interesting!
Such a People thing to do! Maybe you need to retrain your Staff? But this close to Christmas it's a tough call...

You snooze you looose is so Hoomin! It takes so little to give a kitty a taste but peoples . . . what can you do except chew on the corner of your woman's laptop. It's a personal touch that keeps on reminding!

The lady loves to dip apples in that stuff. She is thinking of trying to make some of her own caramel...but in a "cheating" way by melting caramel candies. I know the hard way is making it from scratch using sugar and putting cream into the hot melted/caramelized sugar.
I find that just rude. Rude I say!
Time to poop on her pillow?
Mom took one look at that picture and went to the kitchen and got some caramel and an apple. She is the only one eating it too :/

You know, Max, you could try napping closer to the kitchen so you can get there quicker when you smell something good, like caramel.
Oh poor Max! You need to write a new book about good and bad human food for sharing! You might help lots of humams know what food kitties should be able to share and the food that is not good for kitties! Some first time kitty staff might not know safe foods and bad fot kitties food! You know how to teach humams and you might save kitty lives like you saved your human! Thsnks Max.
