Hey, whoever complained to Paypal about the pen and said I was running a raffle...thanks for getting my account blocked. That was real classy of you.

It's so hosed up I don't know if the funds transfer to Kismet went through or if everyone who donated got refunded or what.

    Max I is not 100%, but if someone takes an action on an accusation by someone else, they HAVE to reveal who made the accusation.. that is if they want to take any action.. and they have.. so they HAVE to tell you who it was.
    I would write to them and demand to know who it was, then name and shame them... that's just low :(

    It sucks that there are so many nice people that do blog, but the few that are crazy ass holes spoil it all... all I say is karma bitches ;)

    Sometimes it seems like paypal may search for the words raffle too--and then see if you are using them because it's against their TOS. It's a royal pain that it is--when you are doing it for a good cause. ERG. We hope things get straightened out--can you email Kismet's family and see if they got the payment on their end?
