Doods, I'm gutted. I'm leaking as hard as a guy can leak.
Skeezix has gone to the Bridge.
I know we were all expecting it, but I was hoping for much, much later. I was hoping for months for him, and especially for the Food Lady and Mr. Tasty Face.
He was such a beautiful mancat, and I loved him.
I may try to write more about him later, but right now I can't.

On the day I feel I got my life back, I got word of this. I'm absolutely ravaged by emotions.

He looked like such an awesome cat, with those bright blue eyes, and expressive face. I was just thinking about him today. I will hug my own kitties a little tighter, and send healing thoughts to Skeezix's family, and all who knew him.

Aw, Max, my furiend, I am so sorry. I didn't know Skeezix but I can tell from all the love for him that's flying around that he was a stand-up ManCat with fantastic Peeps. Because I know Skeezix is fine where he is, I will send my purrs and purrayers to you and his family who will have the Big Sads at his departure. Leaking is okay Max, it's how we honor our friendship with those who've Gone On before us. XOXOXO

ReplyDeleteSkeezix was one of the first cat blogs I read. I cried when the short bus passed him by and I laughed at myself for crying. Your right Max, for a little guy he will leave a big hole in the cat blogosphere.

Max, we're with you on this, 100%. Skeez was one great cat and everyone who knew him loved him. He will truly be missed.
